Ultimate Associate 2003 is a reality-based competition pitting first-year attorneys against one-another in a series of challenges, with the winner being selected by their peers.
Being in the Ultimate Associate competition was really a no-lose situation for me, said Maue. Win or lose, I felt like I was being rewarded for my work during the entire competition. Not only were there great incentives to continue on through the challenges, but there also was the opportunity to bring members of our New York legal team closer together in a fun and beneficial way.
As the winner of the first Ultimate Associate competition, Maue will receive a trip for two to Hawaii.
