Imagine you are opening your mail and see where your previous website optimization company is threatening you with a law suit if you continue to use your website. Attorneys might sue people for a living, but they don’t like being used any more than the next person! After 2 or 3 years paying thousands of dollars a month, you’re being told that you don’t own the content or even the stock photography. Its time to start your law firm’s Internet marketing plan over.
I like to think that most disagreeable situations like this one aren’t all bad, if you learn from them. What any attorney looking for this service should be 100% sure is what they are buying they own: the content, design, pictures, logos, etc. Any SEO company that can deliver consistent results will do this. They won’t need to hold you and your website hostage or lock you into 3 year contracts.

You’re paying $2K to $3K per month for what?
You’re being sued for what?
What are you talking about?
Believe it or not Mister Thorne, practicing attorneys are actually renting their websites. Imagine if some one paid you to ghost write for them, but they didn’t own it at the end of your business dealings. Crazy, right?
